Twenty years in the federal public service taught me one essential thing: organizations do not transform through processes. They transform through people.
Today, I put that conviction to work for entrepreneurs, artists and organizations who want to move forward with clarity, confidence and coherence.
I am EQ-i 2.0 certified by Multi-Health Systems and creator of the PAC™, an assessment tool developed specifically for artists. I do not support you from the sidelines. I live what I teach.
