My journey
Twenty years in the federal public service taught me one essential thing: organizations don't transform through processes. They transform through people.
I led the creation of Statistics Canada's first accessibility plan. My performance measures were later presented across the entire government as a best practice. I also designed and rolled out a hiring program for students with disabilities, an initiative built from the ground up where the system had none in place.
Today, I put that conviction to work for entrepreneurs, artists, and organizations who want to move forward with clarity, confidence, and coherence.

I'm certified in EQ-i 2.0 by Multi-Health Systems and the creator of the PAC™, an assessment tool developed specifically for artists. I also completed AccèsCible, the microprogram from the Réseau des Femmes d'affaires du Québec combining artificial intelligence and growth strategy, to structure my own understanding of AI as an entrepreneur before teaching it to others.
This work earned me an honorary guest invitation at LiveWorkPlay in 2024, and finalist standing for the Government of Canada's HR Excellence Award, accessibility category, in 2023. I made my own transition from the public service to entrepreneurship, with everything that comes with starting over and trusting a new path.
I also support artists through the Atelier Et si and the PAC™, a tool I developed specifically to translate emotional intelligence into creative language.
