Nature and limitations of the PAC™
The Creative Artistic Journey Profile (PAC™) is an assessment tool developed by Rachel Boutin Consultant to help artists better understand their creative journey.
The PAC™:
This is not a diagnostic psychological test
This is not a substitute for a psychological, psychiatric, or medical evaluation.
Cannot diagnose any mental health disorder or medical condition
No specific outcome is guaranteed in your artistic journey.
Rachel Boutin:
She is a certified EQ-i 2.0 consultant by Multi-Health Systems (MHS).
Not a psychologist, psychotherapist, social worker, or doctor
Cannot offer treatment for mental health disorders
Will direct to appropriate resources if issues outside its area of expertise are identified.
By using the services of Rachel Boutin Consultant, you acknowledge:
Having been informed of the nature and limitations of the PAC™
Understand that you are responsible for your decisions and actions
Accept that Rachel Boutin cannot be held responsible for the results of your artistic journey
Understanding that success depends on your commitment and multiple factors beyond the consultant's control

Scope of professional practice
What Rachel CAN do legally and ethically:

Administer the PAC™ questionnaire
Calculate and interpret PAC™ scores
Administer the EQ-i 2.0 test (MHS certification)
Interpreting the EQ-i 2.0 results
✅ Support:
Offering coaching in artistic development
Working on the 5 dimensions of the PAC™ (trust, resilience, vision, etc.)
Developing marketing strategies for artists
Support in the creation of websites/portfolios
Providing emotional support as part of coaching
✅ Communication:
Use the title "EQ-i 2.0 Certified Consultant"
Working with emotional intelligence
Explain the links between emotions and artistic journey
What Rachel CANNOT do:
❌ Strict prohibitions:
Diagnosing mental health disorders (depression, anxiety, ADHD, etc.)
Prescribing or recommending medications
Offering psychotherapy
Treating trauma, phobias or psychological disorders
Using therapeutic techniques reserved for psychologists
To present oneself as a psychologist, therapist, or counselor
To promise to "cure" or "treat" psychological problems
If during our work together I observe signs that require the intervention of a mental health professional, I will guide you to the appropriate resources with kindness and respect.
